vocals are way too low middy and high i think you gotta hard band pass the phaser layer and they're not sitting in the mix they're outside of it match it with the horns more crisp and tight horns are too hot, compress em down the vocals feel too.... fuzzy.... find a better phaser effect than that add sax section to beef up the horns double chords with an organ for the timbre add an arp on the chord hits too
